The Coleman High School Alumni Association has awarded its 2026 scholarships to two graduating seniors from Coleman High School, recognizing both students for their accomplishments in academics, athletics, and extracurricular involvement throughout their high school careers. This year’s scholarship recipients are Braylon Vance Stewart and Brittney Liz Gutierrez. Stewart plans to attend Texas Tech University, where he will enter the pre-dental program. During his time at Coleman High School, Stewart established himself as a multi-sport athlete and was recognized with multiple All-District and Academic All-District honors. In addition to athletics, he was also active in UIL competitions and other school activities, balancing a demanding schedule while maintaining strong academic performance. Gutierrez plans to attend Weatherford College to pursue studies in radiology. Like Stewart, Gutierrez was heavily involved in athletics and extracurricular activities throughout high school. She earned several All-District and Academic All-District honors during her career while also participating in UIL and other student organizations, showcasing both leadership and dedication in and out of the classroom.
